Service Description

MVPBuilt turns a one-paragraph product idea into a working MVP. You submit your idea, we email you a wizard link, you answer seven stages of questions, and our team builds, deploys, and emails you the live URL — typically within 24 hours of questionnaire completion.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract. You must not be barred from using the service under U.S. law or the laws of your country.

Pricing & Payment

• Free tier: the first 10 builds per email address are free.
• Additional builds: $25 per build after the free tier is used up, charged at submission.
• Source-code buyout: $99 to receive ownership and a copy of the GitHub repository for one of your builds.
• Change requests: $99 per change after delivery (one logical change per fee — we'll flag the scope before we start).
• All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of any taxes you may owe locally. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly offer a refund (for example, a build we cannot deliver).

Source Code Ownership

Until you pay the $99 source-code buyout for a given build, MVPBuilt retains ownership of the source code and the underlying GitHub repository. You receive a 30-day preview window during which you can run the live URL, test the product, and decide whether to purchase the source.

Once you complete the buyout, we transfer a copy of the repository to you (or grant you collaborator access) and assign you the underlying copyright in the build-specific code we wrote for you. Third-party libraries remain under their own licenses. We may keep an internal copy for support and our own portfolio, but we won't resell or republish your code.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MVPBuilt to build or operate:

• Malware, phishing kits, credential harvesters, or anything else designed to harm users or systems.
• Services that are illegal in the United States or in your jurisdiction — including unlicensed financial, medical, or regulated activities.
• Products that infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property, or that knowingly publish content you don't have the right to use.
• Harassment, doxxing, sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence against a person or group.

We may refuse, pause, or cancel any build that we believe violates this section, and we may refund or decline to refund the associated fee at our discretion.

24-Hour SLA Disclaimer

Our 24-hour delivery target is a best-effort goal, not a guarantee. Some builds take longer because of scope, vendor outages, or queue depth. We'll keep you posted by email. If we decide we can't ship a build at all, we'll refund any per-build fee you paid for it. Beyond that refund, we don't offer SLA credits.

Termination

You can stop using MVPBuilt at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, abuse the free tier, or use the service for prohibited content. On termination, your live URLs may be taken down and your data handled per the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

MVPBuilt is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any specific MVP will be commercially successful.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MVPBuilt and its operators won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of MVPBuilt will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
