Privacy

Information We Collect

• Account & build details: your name, email address, optional phone number, and the product idea you submit.
• Questionnaire answers: the responses you give across the seven-stage build wizard, plus any text or links you share with our team.
• Payment metadata: if you upgrade past the free tier, our payment processor handles your card directly. We never see or store full card numbers — only the transaction ID, amount, and last four digits.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, and basic request logs needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.

How We Use It

• To build and deliver your MVP within our 24-hour window.
• To email you the wizard link, status updates, and the live URL.
• To process payments for paid builds, source-code purchases, and changes.
• To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of the free tier.
• To improve our prompts, templates, and internal tooling.

Sharing With Third Parties

We don't sell your data. We do route it through a small set of vendors required to run the service:

• Cloudflare (Turnstile): the form captcha sees your IP, user agent, and a challenge token. Used to block bots.
• Resend: we send your email address and the message body through Resend to deliver wizard links, status emails, and receipts.
• Neon (Postgres): your account record, build request, and questionnaire answers are stored in our Neon database.
• Vercel: hosts the website and runs our serverless functions. Standard request logs (IP, path, status) pass through.
• GitHub: the source code we generate for you is stored in a GitHub repository owned by us until you purchase the source-code buyout.
• Anthropic: during the wizard, we send your questionnaire answers — including free-text transcripts — to Anthropic's API to extract structured fields. Per Anthropic's API terms, this content is not used to train their models.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of MVPBuilt and its users.

Cookies & Captcha

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed into the wizard via your magic link. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie on the form page to verify you're human; you can read Cloudflare's privacy policy for the specifics.

Data Retention

We keep your build request, questionnaire answers, and generated source code for as long as your account is active and for up to 24 months after your last build, so we can provide support and ship change requests. Payment records are kept for at least seven years to comply with tax and accounting rules. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see below).

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. We honor these requests globally, regardless of jurisdiction.

We don't yet have a self-service deletion or export tool. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@mvpbuilt.com from the address on file and we'll handle it manually within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

MVPBuilt is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email contact@mvpbuilt.com and we'll delete the account and any related data.
