- Paid plan inquiries — pricing for additional builds, volume discounts, or partnerships.
- Source-code buyout — if you want to purchase ownership of an MVP we've built for you ($99 per build).
- Change requests after delivery ($99 per change). Reply to your delivery email or send us the build URL and what you'd like changed.
- Support for issues with your live MVP, your account, or the questionnaire wizard.
- Press & media — interviews, features, partnerships. Mention "press" in the subject line and we'll route it quickly.
Checking on a build in progress?
Use the magic link in the email we sent you when you submitted your idea — it takes you to your wizard at /q/your-token with current status. Lost the email? Reply to any past message from us, or write to contact@mvpbuilt.com from the same address you used to submit, and we'll re-send your link.
We don't currently offer phone support. MVPBuilt operates as an unincorporated sole proprietorship; our mailing address is available on request.
